JC Printing Services is not responsible for any licensing or copyright infringements related to files provided by customers. By submitting a file/request, the customer assumes full responsibility for ensuring that they have the legal right to use, reproduce, and print the submitted design. JC Printing Services is not responsible for the purchase of files from any 3rd party source including but not limited to: Etsy, Printables, Thingiverse. All files provided by the customer are the customer's responsibility for care of fragile parts and functionality as JC Printing Services is not responsible for these designs.

All 3D printing service charges provided by JC Printing Services include, but are not limited to: print time, material usage, equipment wear and tear, and labor.

JC Printing Services reserves the right to decline any customer request at its sole discretion.

JC Printing Services is not responsible for any damage, delays, or loss of products that occur during shipping. Once an order is shipped and tracking information is provided, responsibility transfers to the carrier and customer. Customers are encouraged to select insured or trackable shipping options where available.

Estimated production times vary based on project complexity, order volume, and material availability. JC Printing Services strives to meet agreed-upon deadlines but cannot guarantee delivery dates in all cases.

The customer agrees to the max build volume of 10"x10"x10", anything larger will require to be printed in parts. The customer also has the understanding that 3D printing services provided cannot print electrical parts or motors, pumps, edible food, weapons, live rounds, soap, chemicals, etc. Anything printed will be plastic material only.
