How long will my online order take to process?
Usually takes 1-2 business days to process your order. Can vary during holidays.
Can I get a refund?
Only online store purchases may be valid for a refund. Custom orders will not be eligible due to the nature of custom designs.
How to request a 3D print?
Contact us or fill out a 3D Print Request from. You can also use our SLT/OBJ calculator to submit a order if you have a file ready.
How can I pay for the services?
We accept cash for in person, Paypal, CashApp, and Venmo for any payments. We will send you a invoice with online pay!
